HDR Pro Mono Crown Bridle with Padded Wide Noseband with Laced Reins

Ordered an oversized HDR bridle with contoured, padded mono crown and wide nose band. Reasonable price, well packaged, very prompt arrival, all making a positive shopping experience The bridle's leather, being new, needed a little conditioning but became wonderfully soft and supple with few coats of Leather Therapy's Restorer&Conditioner - great stuff!. My mare really likes the bridle, so that's the battle won right there. However...the bridle has many straps, and each strap's keeper is too big, sliding off the strap even before my mare's bridled. I'll keep the bridle because it makes my horse comfortable and content. Not yet sure how to address this problem but something will have to be done. Smaller keepers are the obvious remedy but that repair could cost quite a lot. Maybe carefully cut, self adhesive Velcro? Point is, a new bridle shouldn't need repairs right out of the box. Bottom line: 5 star service from a great retailer; 3 stars for poorly designed keepers on a nice bridle.

I live far from my daughter, so I went online and ordered a bridle as a gift for her (well, really for her horse). In the “shipping instructions” I put a birthday message. When Jordan saw the message, she called me and said they’d be happy to put one of their famous bows on it—she even asked what colors I’d like! Great customer service, and my daughter raved about the bridle. And she said it was the most beautiful bow she’s ever seen!
