Love the product, but was only delivered and packaged after I emailed them the second time. I paid for the extra postage on the original order date, so it would be processed the same day or the next day, but it never was and they did not even offer any kind of refund although they did offer a discount if I ordered something before my product even arrived. They said once the product arrives then the discount is no longer available, which was only a 20% discount on anything ordered. Whoever is making those decisions are not very good business people because I will never order this product again. And I would not recommend anybody order through them either which was the company themselves. It is very poorly run with their current philosophy. I would’ve ordered three more of these from the company if they hadn’t been so stingy because of their mistake.

I couldn’t get my sponge off the handle to replace it with a fresh one. Your excellent customer service saved the day and sent a new handle and sponge. I’m a customer for life and wouldn’t clean my grill with anything else.
