I personally like zucchini very much, so this was a very pleasant surprise when I tasted it! I’ve actually included it in Swiss cheese sandwiches I’ve made and found it really enhanced the flavor very nicely!

So yummy!

Great taste and many uses--spread on corn tortillas and drizzle with cheese before toasting for individual pizzas!
