Pepper & Eggplant Bruschetta,Spicy Ajvar, Galil

Good spice level. I can't have tomatoes so I use this as pasta sauce.

Really liked the spiciness of this spread though the pepper flavor may be a bit overwhelming. I like it on plain matzoh; however, very tasty in sandwiches (instead of mayo, mustard or sriracha) … especially turkey sandwiches! So says the junior taste-tester in my household so I’ll go with that review. Hard to make a fusspot eat healthily, but this product is one that goes over well in my household.
