I've been using dried tomatoes for decades in cooking - these are among the best I've ever had. Flavorful, well-packaged, and a great value - YOU'LL want some too! I usually take them out and put them in a jar with olive oil, a few cloves of smashed garlic and some dried basil, oregan and bay leaves. I cover and refrigerate them for about a week. Then they are ready to use. I slice them in three or four pieces and toss onto thick bread with basil, tomatoes, red onions and if available, smoked mozzerella chesses. Then I drizzle with some of your wonderful balsamic glaze and VOILA, a really yummy dinner. So much tastier than pizza, doesn't require cooking and is usually comparable in price to make.
