I started with the First, smaller, shaker and Ive got to say I prefer this one a LOT more ! You can either will it with one scoop and add ice... or just add 2 scoops and fill it to the top ! Amazing product 5*

Ordered the bottle and 2 flavours 'cherry n lime and emerald abyss' came within a couple of days, product well packed and clear instructions on portion sizes. Taste is so refreshing feels like you are just drinking pop!
