Using Belcolade 43.5%

I switched to this after trialling many milk couvertures. It’s consistent in it’s behaviour, good to work with tastes great. I’ve used it for hollow moulds, bars, shells and I recommend it for a great all rounder. Price is attractive (for the moment)
