Portulacaria afra 'Elephant Bush'

Ordered on the 9th, shipped on the 12th, received on the 22nd. Package was lost for over a week. Emailed them twice before package arrived, informing them of lost package, never received any sort of response! When i finally received the order, package was damaged and all plants were dead. Emailed for the 3rd time asking for replacements or a refund and still nothing! $32 might not seem like a lot to get upset about, but it is to me!

Arrived with no complications and wrapped very securely. Plant was shipped bare roots so it was easy, quick, and convenient to repot and put on display after receiving my package.
