I had an issue with a defective underarm seam on original jacket under warranty and I reached out to customer service with all of the information. They were super responsive and we determined the best way to ship me a replacement during a UK and Scandinavian trip and all was completed successfully with a replacement showing up as planned. Very pleased and I was able to use the new jacket for the second half of my trip. Thank you for supporting your products and being responsive!
