Saint Monica Figurine was damaged

We received the St Monica figurine last week and carefully opened the box and wrappings only to find that her hand was broken off in the packaging. We are in the process of how to resolve this issue and look forward to working with the company. The statue is beautiful but can't be used with a broken hand.
