Loving it so far

I’ve been taking beef blood supplements for a month now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is increased energy and much less fatigue throughout the day. I feel like I have better stamina and don’t get tired as easily. I did experience some mild stomach issues, mainly constipation, especially when I first started taking it. Staying well hydrated and adjusting my diet seemed to help. Overall, despite the minor digestive side effects, the benefits have outweighed the negatives for me, and I’m happy with the results.

Willing to give it more time

I started taking this supplement three weeks ago, and I'm unsure how I feel about it. It's the only new supplement I've taken (with the goal of improving results of my iron panel, especially ferritin) but I've noticed all-over itching. I'd be happy to report back after taking this longer to see if the itching stopped and if my numbers improve. I'm taking 3 pills per day based on doctor's recommendation.

Happy to find this

I was very happy to find this product when looking for something to increase iron in my blood because it’s more complete than taking heme iron, which was my other option. Knowing that it contains a more complete assortment of what my body needs to get and feel better, makes me more confident that I am giving my body what it needs. I can’t speak of results yet because I have taken 1 bottle but over double the time I should have because I don’t always manage to take the 6 pills a day I should. I take a lot of supplements so adding 6 large pills gets hard, but it is doable and the glide easily, but just a bit big and 6 is a lot. Still very happy with the product and will continue using it but try to do it at the proper dose to get full effectiveness.
