Multi Strain Biotic

It has a nice taste and beautifully packed. Though, I do not know, it is hard to see results. I have been drinking it for several months, every morning, 30 min before tea and breakfast.

Live the taste. Haven’t noticed too much of a difference as I’m a healthy Ind with no skin probs etc. I take it because I know it’s full of yummy goodness.

Very easy and pleasant to take, just get into the habit first thing in the morning. 1st two photos taken 15/6/26 Biotic started 30/7/26 nearly just 6 weeks. 2nd two photos taken 8/9/26 Definite improvement! : ) Will review again when have been taking the biotic for 3 months.
