White Christmas

I was notified my package was delivered to New Jersey, order marked completed. I live in Virginia! Package did finally arrive like a week later. Three canvases, in two mashed boxes that didn't match any of the canvases. Boxes were taped closed and taped together. Everything appears to be in the kits as I did count the bead bags. Customer service was a nightmare, but they did offer to resend my order once someone finally responded. After the way this one arrived? I will not be ordering from this company ever again considering I'm lucky it even arrived at all.
