Best Lactation Tea!

I've used Our Lady of La Leche tea for my past few babies, and I absolutely love it! From time to time it runs out and I have to resort to using another brand from the store for a little while, but I always come back to Birds and Bees - my favorite! It works well, tastes delicious, and I can trust the quality. Thank you so much!

this is a great support tea in addition to my other lactation supplements. the only thing i would like to see improved is possibly switching out the Fenugreek for Goats Rue. fenugreek sometimes gives me a headache and also makes baby fussy if i take too much so i limit my tea to maybe two servings a day. otherwise this is a pleasant tea to drink and tasty with honey!
