White Truffle Sea Salt

I ❤️ STUARTO’s, their products and ingredients are outstanding, and the owner and people that work there are very nice, educated and knowledgeable. With that being said, when you order the White Truffle Sea Salt, you’re actually being sent the Black Truffle Sea Salt. They tell you after you order and give you time to cancel your order if you didn’t want the Black Truffle Sea Salt, which I appreciate. I understand that their supplier doesn’t have any and White truffles are rare and hard to come by. The issue is that they tell me that the products basically taste the same and the Black Truffle Sea Salt is more flavorful and aromatic. They absolutely do not taste the same. There’s a huge difference between the two. The Black Truffle Sea Salt is a great product, but just be aware that if you’ve had the white and think this will be just like it, it is not and it doesn’t pair with or enhance the dishes you’re making in the same way.
