Nothing tight

Paid for 2 day shipping and it was shipped by truck for 10 days. Received motor and rocker arms and springs were laying in the box with the nuts. They should have been attached and adjusted sense it was a long block. Everything fit on from the old Honda motor except the lower bolt from the muffler did not line up. It came with gaskets which I didn’t expect, that’s a good thing. It runs and sounds good. Overall decent motor for the money.
