Beautiful, creative, versatile
Overall, I am happy with this desk. I think it is attractive, I like how adjustable and customizable it is, and the sustainability/non toxic features mean a lot to me. The shipping was pretty fast (1 week) and there were only a couple minor dings. I would say 95% of the packaging was cardboard -- there was just a little plastic included but for such a large item, it was understandable. I think the design is very well thought out and creative. However, there are a couple things that I would change to make this a 5 star product. Perhaps these are things that must be sacrificed in order to make this product so adjustable and versatile but I think with some tweaking it could be really outstanding. The desk is relatively sturdy. For purely working purposes, I am not worried about it falling apart or anything like that. Just don't think it's as sturdy as other desks with 4 legs. I legit would use my old desk as a ladder sometimes if I needed to hang curtains or water my plants on higher shelves. I would NEVER stand on this desk. Even leaning on the standing portion, you can feel the desk "sag" just a little bit under the weight. It makes sense since it is only supported from one side. I'm also a bit clumbsy and if I bump into the desk, the whole thing will wobble which makes me nervous about putting my ceramic plants on the higher shelves (I'm doing it anyway cause it looks beautiful). This could be solved if you have one side leaning against the wall but that's not possible the way I have it set up. If you have large clumsy animals, just keep this in mind. Same thing goes with the attachable shelves. There is certainly some movement with these. The laptop wing especially has some sag and even though it is snug and secure, it does have a slight tilt to it so my laptop is not 100% straight. Again, I'm not worried about anything falling apart. I know my laptop is secure and after a while, the tilt is easy to ignore. The last thing I noticed was the "keys" that secure everything in place. I took some time figuring out exactly how I wanted this desk, which meant putting it together and taking it apart about 5 times the first night. A couple of the keys did chip a little from this. I'm not worried about it because now that I have the configuration set up how I want it, I'm not planning on taking it apart anytime soon. But if I were to be taking it down and putting it up regularly, I'd probably want to have a couple extra keys handy in case they continue chipping. Overall, I do really love my desk. I keep one side standing for my day job, and one side sitting for school/gaming. Compared to other "non toxic" desks on the market, I would still pick this one.

Game Changer
I feel like I've been searching for the perfect desk for forever. They're either too large, too small, no storage, too bulky with storage, the list goes on. I stumbled upon WFH desks at the end of my futile desk search, just when I was about to give up and bam a miracle happened. The versatility is unheard of. I can add shelves as wings or I can place them below my desktop. I have a top shelf for a monitor stand or to place plants and other objects. Although it doesn't have any drawers, it can hold everything and still manage to create an open feel that doesn't make my room feel overcrowded. The wood is solid, every piece fits together as promised, and aside from the L side module, the desk can be put together by one person. I really like the coating on the wood, it feels protective against stains, and I also bought a desk pad which really just brightens up the entire space. Is it perfect, no - I have a couple of blemishes on my wood, including a split on my desktop that will need glue. This is disappointing considering how much I spent on it, but thanks to the never ending way the desk can be put together I can angle it facing down and out of harm's way for now. Also in the future I think they should consider making the wings with a bottom support (I get why they don't, they probably want to leave more ports open for versatility) but it's the only part of the desk that looks like it may be sagging slightly, or will sag in the future. Still I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to seeing what accessories they will add in the future.
