I purchased the PDF version which was easy to download and store on my computer. Although I will use some of the recipes I was disappointed overall. I have gotten away from jar sauces years ago but I can always substitute. I did not see an advantage on some of the recipes to freezing parts of the meal in advance due to the prep time after thawing. I will definitely benefit from planning meals for the week and doing the grocery shopping based on the meal plan. I tend to purchase random items and forget why I bought them.

They need to thaw for 2 days before cooking

Freezer meals can be cooked from frozen. This is mainly putting meat in a bag with marinade, freezing it, thawing it in the fridge for 2 days, and cooking it. The chicken dishes are not even complete meals, it’s just chicken and sauce and you’ll still be cooking a total other side dish. I was genuinely disappointed with this ebook and requested a refund.

Easy Meal Prep

I love how I can just prep these recipes and cook later. This is especially helpful for those days you just don't want to cook and also don't want take out food.
