The greatest compliment you can give a business, in my opinion, is to tell them they are great at customer service, and Fiona is a champ! The products are lovely and easy to use but Fiona goes that extra mile to make your purchase, no matter how large or small, feel personal, as if it has made a real difference to her. She even puts a little sample in your order and sends a link to very helpful videos of how to wrap presents, make envelopes and use the wax seals. I really can't fault anything and will be purchasing more once items are back in stock. As an added bonus, people really appreciate the little extra effort you have made with their gifts and cards.

Great quality product

I have never used a wax stamp before so I have done some practice stamps and it couldn't be easier. Beautiful product with easy to follow instructions and videos. So many ideas for adding things to the wax before it sets. I am looking forward to wrapping my Christmas presents this year and giving them that extra something
