Superbonder not working

I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong, I followed the instructions and the last two clients I had had a heap of lashes flake off when I was brushing through them. I did a set on my mannequin, one eye no superbonder and the other one with and the SB eye still had a heap flake off. I’ve offered to the two clients that had bad retention to redo for free. The only thing I can think of is maybe the room gets too hot when I’m not in it and the aircon’s not on. I store my glue and super bonder in a lash jungle glue storage pot but since the superbonder hasn’t worked I’ve stored my pot in another room with a better temp. My glue doesn’t seem to be affected at all. Maybe I got a dud batch. Any tips? TIA
