Customer Service is very Porous and never responded to queries

I purchased UK 9 of the shoe and on receipt I find out that the 43 is very tight for me, so I filled in the return slip inside the shoe box as instructed and ship back to the seller for exchange for the same shoe but in UK size 10 and if the shoe is not available in UK 10 then i requested for a refund. However, to my surprise the shoe was delivered to super glamorous but wasn’t signed for and ask to be returned to the sender, without any reasons for the rejections, and I have written several emails to that effect but no response, which i found very ridiculous.

Size

The shoe is nice, and quality, but the size runs small compare to the other shoes of the same size.
