I would expect a new screen if the existing screen was scratched but I definitely got a scratched screen and the battery definitely needs replaced and I would think that would have been checked too. I bought it to make sure I would actually like an Apple watch so I guess I got what I paid for.

Good, but scratched

Overall experience was good. It relatively cheap, works perfectly, and didn't take long to ship. I wasn't expecting a brand new watch, but having a long scratch in the middle of the screen was a little annoying at first. I don't mind since it is advertised as refurbished, and I love the watch.

Gift to my Daughter

I have a watch 2 series that i purchased from you years ago. I purchased this one for my daughter...who was not excited about getting an apple watch. NOW...she LOVES IT!!!
