Size chart in centimeters is not correct

Since the sizing definition could be different among brands, I tried all possible things to choose the right size. I read carefully the size chart in centimeters on the website to choose my size, and also double checked it against both my foot measures and the size in centimeters from all other shoe brands that I usually wear. However, the shoes are too small and it indicates that the size chart in centimeters on the website is not correct.
