Replacement Mist Maker Float/ Buoy

It's always a pleasure to deal with House of Hydro! My old 9 disk mist maker stopper working, as expected, and when I called John to assist me in troubleshooting, he very clearly and respectfully helped me make sure that it was in fact not working anymore before spending money on a new one, as the warranty had lapsed. We agreed the mechanism itself had failed but the power supply was still good, so, I ordered an upgraded 12 disk mist maker which required a new larger float as well, which John included with the transducer for free! So all I had to pay for was the new upgraded transducer! And the shipping time? Awesome! There was no significant delay in my production. In the future, I'll keep a spare transducer on hand, so I'll be ordering another soon, John! Thank you so much for your excellent service!
