The guitar neck has been properly adjusted. Thank you. The acoustic sound is decent but the soundboard tends to vibrate which affects the sound quality (pickgard ?). I'll try to adjust it. Finally I think the guitar ends up being quite expensive with customs duties (a quarter of the selling price !) but of course you are not responsible for that. Despite the difficulties of the virus lockdown, a great experience and result. Very well-informed discussion of the options and a smooth process through to delivery. The guitar is wonderful!

Outstanding guitar, quality service

Thanks to Rikki and the team for helping me select this AR503CE, I’m delighted with it. I look forward to receiving the Eastman certificate (which was missing). If I was to offer any constructive criticism I’d say the website could make current stock levels clearer. I was lucky though and received the beautifully photographed guitar on the webpage.
