I ordered four ornaments but only received three. I have sent two emails to the shop asking them to confirm the fourth ornament was shipped, but they have yet to reply to me. The three ornaments I received are beautiful, but I am disappointed to have paid for an ornament that I have not received and that the shop will not reply to my emails.
