Big Oyaki (Japanese hot donuts) made with Organic Buckwheat and Anko (red bean)

Heating the Oyaki on a stove (as per instructions) gave the Oyaki a really nice crisp to the outside. The buckwheat dough has a nutty flavor, and feels healthy. The red bean filling was delicious, not too sweet! Perfect treat for my grandmother and my parents.
