These are the perfect anti-chafing solution and I was really impressed with them on a long run. They fitted well and did not ride up my thighs. My only negative feedback is how fiddly the waist pocket is for inserting a phone. Sliding the phone in and out of the pocket is frustrating compared to using a waist belt so I will continue to use a belt on top of the shorts. Making the opening wider/zip longer would address this issue I think. I see that there is a new version with a hip pocket but I have been using waist pockets for years and much prefer them.
