If one were looking for a solid trolling motor mount then this is it. It is engineered to work and last. I installed it like was shown on the video and have been 100% pleased.

Great base to mock up bracket

Purchased this bracket to mount a minn kota edge with auto boat on my tracker 14 I've previously used a block of hdpe to mount a minn kota c30, I was able to trim and size the bracket accordingly to mount everything up, pretty simple install that can turn out really clean.

I ordered the black, wide short for the Minn Kota on my G3 1648. It's definitely a great way to get a solid, professional look. I also used a quick detach bracket, which mounted up just fine
