Goal 5: Gender Equality - #TOGETHERBAND Edition

Very disappointed. Wrong items delivered. Immediately emailed customer services. Heard nothing for 4 days then asked for correct items to be sent. Further delay then told the clasp I had ordered was no longer available (thanks to large advertising campaign online while I was waiting for a reply) and neither was the other similar looking clasp. Now been forced to accept a completely different colour clasp and not sure I’ll like it or not. We shall see. I have bought a fair number of these products in the past - this was by far the worst experience - if only there hadn’t been delays I would have got what wanted and ordered initially. The delays I experienced also meant that I missed the birthday for a friend which was one of the reasons i ordered in the first place. Very very embarrassing and ultimately incredibly disappointing.
