These ribeyes are incredible. My wife cooked two of them in a cast iron skillet. The flavor was incredible and we literally used butter knifes to cut them. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can cook some on the grill. But honestly, there were no surprises here. We are returning customers and these steaks were every bit as good as we expected from Kristen and Null Ridge.
