Great dilator for a trans-woman

I purchased this to use as a dilator, it works fantastic for me. At the time of this writing I'm almost 5 months out of bottom surgery, nerves are still healing, so I can't really speak to the "Big O". but what I can speak to is it feels fantastic, the texture is smooth. What I love most about it is that I can wear underware over it, and be dilating without having to stop my day.

The penetrating part is a nice size, the vibrations weren't very strong so if you don't need much it might be great but could not get the job done by itself for me.
