How I use Joi almond butter
I love the Joi almond butter. I take it with me while traveling. It's very easy to mix. Most Air B and B s have a mixer so no problem there. If not i can easily put some butter in a bottle with a cap and shake it up for some fresh almond milk with my coffee and cereal

Switched from Cashew to Almond Base
New for me; I've loved the Cashew Nut Milk Base for years but I wanted to reduce my intake of lectins so I switched. I understand that you blanch the almonds first to remove the lectin-carrying skins (thoughtful move). Taste is just fine and still creamy!
