Cashew Milk Base

Interesting Discovery

I got the cashew concentrate because I'd been hearing about folk adding it to their coffee and 'nice'cream made with cashews instead of almonds or soy. I'd been playing around with hot chocolate recipes and was curious how a cashew milk would affect the flavor. (amazing, the answer is amazing). What I wasn't expecting was a discovery that I may be intolerant to almond milk! Thank the heavens addJoi has alternatives because the most common dairy alternatives are soy (allergic) and almond (most likely intolerant)! I'll be getting more of this in the future because I do not see cashew milk in stores at all! Even as 'nice'cream. (still need to make 'nice'cream with this base, been making too much hot chocolate)

I used the cashew base to make creamy vegan ice cream. It was the best!

The cashew milk is very good. I'm enjoying it on my morning cereal!
