After talking through what I was looking for with Jake I arrived at the store to find a number of guitars set out for me and had as much time as I wanted to try them out. There was no pressure at all and after a couple of hours I decided on the Eastman. After being set up exactly as I asked for it plays like a dream. Can’t recommend Richard Guitars highly enough.

It plays beautifully, and it was excellently set-up. Great value for money and worth waiting a few weeks for it to arrive. Thanks!

Dear Jake I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your care and help with me buying my first guitar. I really love it and I think I'm doing really well and enjoying my moments with it.
