Lock & Dam #11 is consistently what I’m looking for in my morning coffee. Smooth, no funky bitterness or flavors, just happiness. And it smells amazing!

Nice option if you’re not in the mood for a dark roast. Still has a nice rich flavor, but well balanced and no bitterness at all. I store all of the beans I receive in Airscape vac containers. I grind beans just before brewing, and get a nice bloom when using a V60…beans arrive fresh and the containers keep them fresh.

good overall... but so far my least liked one
