This thing cracks me up!

Warning: Family and friends are cracking me up with this thing. They step on the scale in the kitchen and it announces their weight loud & clear... TWICE! They aren't expecting that! The reaction is priceless. Great product.

Talking Scale

I received my scale promptly. However it didn't work. I called customer service spoke with David . He checked my order after I explained my problem . He went through the reset process to no avail. He said he would ship me a replacement. It arrived and is working fine. Thanks David
