Water Oak (Quercus nigra)

Concern about root bound

The water oak develops a central tap root. When I received the six plants, they were so root bound from their container that I could not untangle the roots, even after soaking in a bucket of water. The tap root had grown twisted. I hope the plant can untangle itself as it grows in its new soil

Annual tree planting

The trees looked amazing and were delivered as requested. All 40 trees were planted the next day in our wetland area. I am planning on ordering more next year.
