Shipping damage

This company does not have a customer service phone number. My order came damaged from shipping which I understand happens but getting ahold of this company to return the damaged equipment has been challenging. Also they made me send it back before they would ship a new one and i still haven't herd anything about the replacement 120 amp mppt charge controller. Feels scammy which is unfortunate cause i bought a 60 amp in the past off ebay and loved it. Ebay didn't have the 120a for some reason.

Solid equipment

I only have one single 200 feet line from my panels to the controller for my 24 volt battery bank. This 120 amp option allows me to run 3600 watt without adding another line. The unit is well built and performs perfectly.
