A wonderful, clever product.
Once you know how this works, it's that old story of "Oh, that's clever", and the "polish" is gone. And that's a shame, because if you think back to how you felt when you saw the three-phase performance video promo, you will remember that it knocked your socks off. It really DOES look like mind reading / non-verbal cue reading. And that is EXACTLY the effect it has on the participants. They are not looking for "HOW" you did it, but are in awe of the fact that, to all intents and purposes, the only way the result can be achieved is through real mind reading. They just call out the little images on the back of the card, in any order, and you can tell them which one they are thinking of? Oh, come on! And the OOTW effect that can be done using this pack is SO simple - which way ids the arrow/pyramid pointing; when tied up with Marc Spelmann's tip for this effect in his "Gallery" effect, of looking at the NEXT symbol in the sequence, this has to be the simplest, cleanest method of achieving the desired result.Okay, the cards themselves look a bit "odd", but by demonstrating how they are used for "memory training" by running through the first four or five and demonstrating the peg system, the participant buys into the whole idea and the demonstration becomes even more interesting to them. So, yes, I would highly recommend this little beauty; it also offers an amazing amount of freedom in coming up with simple effects and procedures that really adds value to this product. For somebody who wants to give a demonstration to reasonably sensible, intelligent people who have an interest in how the mind / memory / subconscious / non-verbal cues work, this tool is absolutely ideal in every way.
