Arlo Rancher Fedora Straw Hat

If I could give this company a negative 1-star rating, I would. I placed my order on July 14, and as of today it still hasn't moved. After reaching out for an update, I was told they oversold one of the hats, but no one contacted me beforehand to explain the delay. I had to chase them down for information. This has been a terrible customer experience from start to finish. I'm also a wholesale customer, and after this experience I will never place another wholesale or personal order with this company. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing service.

This is one of several purchases from a Gigi. This is my 2nd straw fedora, since my first got lost in storage. I receive compliments each time I wear me of your hats. A true fan!
