the glasses I purchased were not right.. didnt fit well.. vision was off.. they sent a tryon box with a number of glasses for me to try on.. found the perfect pair.. sent the box back.. they issues a refund for the pair I bought.. sent those back and ordered new pair.. all without a question.. Joseph was very willing to help make things perfect. I needed to get PD measurements.. he said I could call him directly, email or post in chat. They are always available! and willing to make your experience wonderful. I will always purchase glasses from Optics Outfitter. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had.

Best Customer Service / Best Pair of Sports Glasses Ever Purchased

First time purchase at RecSpecs and went and got a size too small. It created a super tight fit which fogged up really bad when playing volleyball. Messaged customer support and they were more than helpful with no questions asked. I was able to get the try at home kit (up to five pairs) and get the one that was the best fit as well as one that looked awesome! BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! Velocity is light weight, durable, and great looking! I've received a number of compliments. I've should of done this much earlier as I've already broken 3 pairs of everyday glasses. They include a blokz which helps with the fog! Not only that, they have a lifetime warranty in the event a ball flies at my face and destroys them, which I highly doubt due to the durability! I truly do recommend RecSpecs for your sport needs for the visually impaired. THANKS RECSPECS!!!
