Beautiful but need packaged better

I love the piece, but one end, the one without the bridge, somehow got bent in shipping. I had a friend who is a handyman show me how to get it back to the right shape, but it should have been packed better so that the delicate end could not be bent during shipping.

The Pittsburgh skyline wall hanging was for my brother in CA. He and his family are diehard Pittsburgh fans and this piece was perfect for them. I can’t wait to see it hanging in their living room.
