CellarPro 6200VSi Self-Contained Cooling Unit (up to 1900 cubic feet)

Very dissapointed in the noise and peformance once installed

I spent a great deal of time talking with a representative of your company on what my needs are and were, especially with respect to the size of my wine cellar. I needed to replace a failing unit I bought 4 years ago. I insisted on the most quiet unit that would cool my cellar and I believed that he was telling me the truth when I had to buy a larger unit at twice the price of my old one.. I had it sent to my house and it took nearly two months to get my installer to change out the units, make a larger opening in my drywall and install it. Now it make much more noise than my older unit and doesn't cool lower than 61 degrees!! Even though its on "high" and stet to cool to 55 degrees. I'm extremely unhappy and frustrated. between the nearly $4,000 unit and the cost of installation, I'm no better off and actually worse off with noise than I was before. Not even sure what to do. I need feedback from Cellar Pro.
