Long delays and lack of communication

This book took over two months to arrive. There was no communication from Music Junction to explain the delay. I emailed them after about three weeks...no reply. I called and it went to voicemail, left a message...no reply. When someone finally picked up the phone I was greeted with a surly response along the lines of "it's back ordered and we'll express ship it when it arrives even though you didn't pay for express shipping. It'll here in the next couple of days". Around three weeks after this call (once the school term for which it was needed had ended) it arrived. Really poor way to run a business!!
