Love this product! Safe and effective

Absolutely love these tampons! Im a customer for life!

I am 47 years old and a lifelong tampon user and was inspired to start using your brand from an environmental and health standpoint, especially with the new data showing the presence of heavy metals in tampons. However, as much as I would like to make the switch, the product is very difficult to insert. There is not enough grip on the outside cardboard applicator and I found myself unable to insert the tampon on several tries. I used them several times but couldn’t get it inserted about half the time. If the ease of the applicator improved I would buy them again because everything else was fine.
