boat building(jon boat to duck boat)
the 90* angles are a awesome idea, and would like it if you all will still make these items.please continue this process.reason being, welding is very expensive, and i am in the process of flipping more jon boats, already some have seen what i have done with the 14x48 tracker, and would like me to build them one for next season.so these angles brackets would be a great help.also your videos on TBN are a great help and have lots of information,I have learned a lot.a side note.i build this boat for the wounded warrior veterans, which i am a retired veteran.and will be building some during the season.this is why your lid building program is very important.thanks again.you all have a blessed day.

90degree brackets and shims
These brackets are some of the only options if you want to build your own 3/4” lids. The brackets fit well. The welds have held up for me, I know others have had pieces snap. The downside is that the shims themselves too thin for tight clearance and 2 stacked pieces are too thick. You are left to grind down one piece and you will not have enough shims to match the corner brackets. An improvement would be to include shims the correct thickness or at least double the number of shims.
