Claytonia perfoliata, Indian or Miner's Lettuce

I actually have no reference for the quality of the seeds, b/c I was dumb enough to plant them without sheltering from birds, who seem to have eaten every last seed! I'll be ordering more at some point. Annoyed at myself for not netting them after planting.

I tossed the seeds and they are all coming up. I am excited to add them to a salad.
