Excellent customer support
When I first tried to use the charger I could not get the hang of the thumbwheel and press control. I called Progressive RC and spoke to Chad who enthusiastically and patiently walked me through the menus. Operating the charger makes sense now and is actually quite simple.
I've only tested the charger on the bench so far, so I cannot comment on its reliability. If it proves out over time, then I believe that it and Progressive RC's care of its customers will be a smashingly good combination.

Great device user friendly!
I primarily got the x8 to balance and charge my Li ion 14S 40P 48V setup. It works wonders charging up my packs either individually (1S) or 7S. Very powerful little piece of equipment! Shoutout to progressive rc for the hookup!
