Helped me out when I was worried about riding after a particular incident that created a lot of stress & anxiet. It helped me calm down enough to deal with my horse and help her through some issues - I do believe a horse feels your energy. Easy to take and tastes ok too - sweetish. A great product that I have already recommended to friends.
